Plaintiffs Not Entitled to New Trial on Mold Personal Injury Claims

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - A state court found that the plaintiffs in a case concerning alleged mold-induced respiratory and cognitive injuries are not entitled to a new trial after a jury found the defendants negligent, but did not award damages. Seymour Traub and Susan K. Traub v. Crawford & Company, et al., No. 1995-C-153 (Pa. Comm. Pls., Lehigh Cty.).
