INDIANAPOLIS - An appeals court affirmed summary judgment in favor of defendants in a personal injury lawsuit filed by a woman who later died, allegedly from histoplasmosis caused by exposure to bird droppings, mold and carbon dioxide at locations owned and managed by the defendants. Carol Coleman, personal representative of the estate of Junita Martin, appellant-plaintiff, v. Charles Court, L.L.C., et al., No. 18A02-0212-CV-994 (Ind. Ct. App., 2nd Dist).
