HOUSTON - An appeals court reversed and remanded a trial court's nunc pro tunc summary judgment regarding claims for alleged violations of the Real Estate Licensing Act, bad faith, breach of a duty to fairly settle, and unfair claims settlement in a case concerning a water- and mold-damaged condominium.
