PORTLAND, Maine - A state Supreme Court recently remanded to the Superior Court the case of a child suffering various physical symptoms allegedly due to exposure to mold and carbon dioxide in his elementary school, ruling that as a minor, and based on when his claim accrued, his notice of claim was filed within the statute of limitations.
