BAY ST. LOUIS, Miss. - The owners of five homes in the same Long Beach, Miss., community have sued numerous companies involved in the construction of the homes, for alleged water intrusion defects related to the Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS or synthetic stucco) used on the homes.
