PASCAGOULA, Miss. - Numerous defendants involved in the construction of a Mississippi office building have been sued by the building's owner for allegedly engaging in a "statewide pattern of intentional wrongful conduct" by withholding information about mold and other defects allegedly caused by the installation of a synthetic stucco product, Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS). Navigator Credit Union, et al., v. Aladdin Construction Company, et al., No. n/a (Miss. Cir. Ct., Jackson Cty.).
