One House, Two Legal Battles Involving Mold-Related Bad Faith, Personal Injury and Witness Tampering

PHILADELPHIA - A mold-contaminated house in Allentown, Pa., has become the center of two separate lawsuits filed by the previous and current homeowners against the insurers and the insurers' counsel, respectively, for issues including bad faith, personal injury, witness tampering and endangerment.
