Another Ritz-Carlton Condo Owner Files Suit Against Developers for Mold Problems

WASHINGTON - Another lawsuit has been filed leveling fraud, negligence and personal injury claims against the developers of the Washington, D.C., Ritz-Carlton Residences, as well as against two environmental companies hired to test and remediate the condominiums. Angela Foster v. 2200 M Street LLC, et al., No. 0007312-03 (D.C. Super. Civil Div.).
The Aug. 28 complaint includes allegations similar to those in previously filed complaints concerning the posh residences, such as the contention that the defendants allowed the plaintiff to continue living in her condominium unit even though they knew that exposure to mold could cause health problems.
