Home Sellers Did Not Conceal Mold Damage to Mislead Home Buyers, Appeals Court Affirms

LEBANON, Ohio - On Sept. 2, an Ohio appeals court affirmed a trial court's judgment in favor of home sellers in a case filed by the home buyers concerning mold/water-damage and allegations of fraudulent concealment and fraudulent inducement to buy.
