LEBANON, Ohio - On Sept. 2, an Ohio appeals court affirmed a trial court's judgment in favor of home sellers in a case filed by the home buyers concerning mold/water-damage and allegations of fraudulent concealment and fraudulent inducement to buy. Christopher C. Clark, et al., plaintiffs-appellants, v. Mathew Allen, et al., defendants-appellees, No. CA2002-08-084 (Ohio App. Ct., 12th Dist., Warren Cty.).
