CLARKSBURG, W.Va. - A West Virginia resident has filed suit against her employer, alleging that exposure to mold in the workplace caused her to suffer various medical problems. Diane Robinson v. Dominion Transmission, Inc., et al., No. 03-C-281-3 (W.Va. Cir. Ct., Harrison Cty.).
The complaint was filed June 23 in the Harrison County Circuit Court and alleges that the plaintiff's "heavy exposure to toxic mold" in her workplace resulted in permanent health problems.
