Plaintiffs Allege Delay Coupled With Defective Repairs of Fire Damage Led to Mold Growth

PASCAGOULA, Miss. - According to a recently filed complaint, a homeowner whose residence was damaged by fire alleges that her condominium association, construction contractor and insurance company are liable for mold growth in and defective repairs to her home.
