PASCAGOULA, Miss. - According to a recently filed complaint, a homeowner whose residence was damaged by fire alleges that her condominium association, construction contractor and insurance company are liable for mold growth in and defective repairs to her home. Kathleen Cote, et al. v. Gulf Oaks Condominium Association, Inc., et al., No. CI-2003-00164 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Jackson Cty.).
