PONTIAC, Mich. - A state court recently excluded plaintiffs' medical and microbiology experts in a property damage/personal injury case filed by tenants of a mold-contaminated manufactured home park, stating that there is no well-substantiated evidence linking indoor mold and health concerns. Sam Graham, et al. v. Lautrec, Ltd., et al., No. 01-031717-CE (Mich. Cir. Ct., Oakland Cty.).
