State Court Excludes Plaintiffs' Experts, Finds No Well-Substantiated Evidence Linking Indoor Mold & Health Concerns

PONTIAC, Mich. - A state court recently excluded plaintiffs' medical and microbiology experts in a property damage/personal injury case filed by tenants of a mold-contaminated manufactured home park, stating that there is no well-substantiated evidence linking indoor mold and health concerns.
