Court Rules That Tenant's Medical Expert Does Not Satisfy Daubert in Mold Case & Grants Landlord's Summary Judgment Motion

ALEXANDRIA, Va. - On Sept. 4, a federal court entered a ruling rejecting plaintiffs' challenges to a previous decision granting a defendant's motion for summary judgment in a landlord/tenant dispute over mold-related property loss and personal injury.
