WOODSTOCK, Vt. - Amid claims of insurance fraud, forged signatures, and bad faith, the trial concerning a homeowner's mold and water damage-related breach of contract allegations against his insurer and an independent insurance adjuster has been delayed due to the insurer's insolvency problems and temporary takeover status by the state.
