HONOLULU - Hilton Hotels Corp. has filed a second complaint against the architect and various contractors and subcontractors involved in the design and construction of its luxury Kalia Tower vacation hotel in the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki, this time for mold and other construction defects in commercial areas originally intended to be a wellness center, spa and fitness center. Hilton Hotels Corp. and Hilton Hawaiian Village, L.L.C., v. Wimberly, Allison, Tong & Goo, Inc., et al., No. 03-1-1613-08 (Hawaii Cir. Ct., 1st Cir.).
