LAS VEGAS - In the next few weeks, an amended complaint containing new causes of action and additional plaintiffs and defendants is expected to be filed against the State of Nevada and other defendants concerning the alleged mold-related health problems of state Child and Family Services (CFS) employees. Deborah Aoyama, et al. v. Spanish Trail, Ltd., et al., No. A440142 (Nev. Dist. Ct., Clark Cty.).
