Engineering Co. May Not Be Wholly at Fault for Mold-Related Damage, Court Rules

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - An appeals court reversed a summary final judgment entered against an engineering company involved a dispute over mold damage to two Florida motels, finding that issues of fact exist regarding whether the engineer is wholly at fault for the damage.
