TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - An appeals court reversed a summary final judgment entered against an engineering company involved a dispute over mold damage to two Florida motels, finding that issues of fact exist regarding whether the engineer is wholly at fault for the damage. Heapy Engineering, L.L.P., Appellant, v. Pure Lodging, Ltd., a Florida limited partnership, Appellee, No. 1D02-2829 (Fla. 1st Dist. App. Ct.).
