Court Affirms Decision Not to Award Sanctions in Mold Case

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - An appeals court affirmed a trial court's decision not to enter sanctions against plaintiffs' council who were accused of bringing a mold-related bad faith lawsuit against an insurer for the purpose of harassment.
