Farmers Named as Defendant in Class Action Alleging Violations of Fair Credit Reporting Act

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Farmers Insurance Co. has been named as a defendant in another case alleging violations of federal consumer protection laws. The new case does not specifically refer to mold claims handling practices, but involves allegations similar to those made in State of Texas v.
