TOLEDO, Ohio - An Ohio appeals court has upheld summary judgment in favor of the financial institution and contractors in a construction defects/sick building case, finding, among other things, that the homeowner's mold-related personal injury claims were time-barred. Charter One Bank F.S.B v. Kathleen A. Hamburger, et al. v. Tom Brown Custom Homes, Inc., et al. v. Ron H. Meade, et al., No. L-01-1332 (Ohio App. Ct., 6th Dist., Lucas Cty.).
