Court Upholds Ruling That Barred Mold Personal Injury Claims

TOLEDO, Ohio - An Ohio appeals court has upheld summary judgment in favor of the financial institution and contractors in a construction defects/sick building case, finding, among other things, that the homeowner's mold-related personal injury claims were time-barred.
