AUSTIN, Texas - On July 7, a Texas appeals court granted a motion to stay the sending of notices to the settlement class of the State of Texas v. Farmers discriminatory homeowners insurance practices case, citing jurisdictional interference with potential appellate relief. Jan Lubin, Gilberto Villanueva, and Michael Paladino, Appellants, v.
