AUSTIN, Texas - On June 20, Melinda Ballard filed a Response to the Petition for Review filed by Fire Insurance Exchange (Farmers) in the Supreme Court of Texas, in which Farmers seeks further reduction to $2 million of the judgment in favor of Ballard in her landmark mold/bad faith case.
