MYERS, Fla. - Students at various Florida public schools are seeking class certification for their alleged exposure to mold and asbestos, two toxins which that claim are "patient killers" and may lie dormant for years. Doris Taylor, et al. v. James Browder, as Superintendent of Schools for Lee County, Florida, and The School Board of Lee County, Florida, No. 2:03-CV-111-FTM-29DNF (D. Fla., Middle Dist., Fort Myers Div.).
