LOS ANGELES - The Southern California Mediation Association (SCMA) has filed an Amicus Curiae brief in support of the petitioners' position in an action concerning whether evidence gathered by parties in a case concerning a large, mold-infested apartment complex is protected by mediation confidentiality from disclosure to the petitioners who filed a subsequent mold-exposure personal injury case. Rojas v. Superior Court (Coffin), No. S111585 (Calif. Sup. Ct., Los Angeles).
