SALEM, Ore. - An Oregon appeals court has ruled that an insurer in a mold case cannot be held liable for alleged personal injuries suffered by the insured where it has not been shown that a "special" standard of care existed between the parties beyond that which exists in the insurance contract. Strader v. Grange Mutual Insurance Co., No. 9711-09410; A1100669 (Ore. Ct. App.).
