WASHINGTON - A former resident of the Ritz-Carlton condominiums in Washington, D.C., has re-filed her complaint concerning mold-related personal injury, fraud and negligence at the luxury project, adding new defendants and claims. Alyson Gannon, Individually and as parent and legal guardian of Andrew Gannon, v. 2200 M Street, L.L.C., et al., No. 03-0003973 (D.C. Super., Civil Div.).
