Tribe's Civil Action Re: Mold in Casino Hotel Held in Abeyance Pending Tribal Court Proceedings

ALEXANDRIA, La. - A U.S. District Court is holding in abeyance a mold-related construction defect case filed by an Indian Tribe against the various subcontractors, and their insurers, involved in the design and construction of a hotel addition to its casino resort.
