ALEXANDRIA, La. - A U.S. District Court is holding in abeyance a mold-related construction defect case filed by an Indian Tribe against the various subcontractors, and their insurers, involved in the design and construction of a hotel addition to its casino resort. Tunica-Biloxi Indians of LA, et al. v. Kirby M. Pecot, et al., No. 02-1512 Section "A" (D. La., W. Dist., Alexandria Div.).
