HONOLULU - According to a class action complaint filed May 16, a resident of Florida who spent 17 days in a mold-contaminated Hawaii hotel with his wife and infant son is suing the hotel for unfair and deceptive acts and practices and nondisclosure. Jeff Moffett, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated persons, v. Hilton Hotels Corporation, et al., No. 03-1-1053-05 (Hawaii Cir. Ct., 1st. Cir.).
