More Notices of Intent to Sue Filed for Mold & Environmental Issues in Conn. Public Schools

TORRINGTON, Conn. - Two more notices of intent to sue the Boards of Education and School Superintendents of the City of Torrington, Conn. and the City of East Haven, Conn., were filed May 20 concerning allegations that public school students' health has been damaged by exposure to mold and other indoor environmental issues.
The two new notices brings the total to four mold-related notices filed against the school boards and other parties involved in the construction, maintenance and repair of area schools by students and their parents.
