SHREVEPORT, La. - A Louisiana family, which had been living in a mold-contaminated rental house and alleges that they have suffered various personal injuries due to mold exposure, may pursue their claim against the homeowner's insurance company now that an appeals court has reversed and remanded the trial court's finding that the claim was time-barred.
