Temporary Restraining Order Granted, Preventing Repairs at Two Mold-Contaminated Schools

BROWNSVILLE, Texas - On Feb. 14, a temporary restraining order was granted to prevent Brownsville Independent School District from making alterations or repairs to Aiken Elementary and Besteiro Middle Schools, both alleged to be affected by construction defects and mold contamination.
