Plaintiff Failed to Meet Burden of Demonstrating Reversible Error in Adjudication of Claims Stemming from Mold-Infested House

SAN DIEGO - A California appeals court has affirmed summary adjudication, nonsuit and an award of directed verdict on behalf of Western Mutual Insurance Company after finding that the insured homeowner failed to provide an adequate appellate record.
