FT. MYERS, Fla. - The most recent case in a series against the Lee County, Fla., School Board concerning mold and other safety problems in the area's public schools was filed May 2 by the school district's Safety Specialist, alleging that his civil rights were violated when his employment contract was not renewed. Elbert Ernest Scott v. Lee County School Board, No. 03-1956-CA-JSC (Fla. Cir. Ct., 20th Jud. Cir., Lee Cty.).
