LOS ANGELES - A malicious prosecution action, filed against the opposing attorney by the previous defendant in a sick building case, was struck under the SLAPP statute. Arden Realty, Inc., Plaintiff and Appellant, v. Thomas P. Bleau, et al., Defendants and Respondents, No. B147168 (Calif. App. Ct., 2nd App. Dist., Div. 1).

This ruling was affirmed April 29 by California's Second Appellate District, which also affirmed the awarding of attorneys fees to the defendants/respondents.
