BESSEMER, Ala. - An Alabama couple and their two children are suing their homeowner's insurance provider, and companies hired by the insurer, for breach of contract and bad faith in their handling of water damage and mold contamination in the plaintiffs' home. Howard Meister, et al. v. State Farm Fire and Casualty Company, et al., No. n/a (Ala. Cir. Ct., Jefferson Cty.).
