GREAT FALLS, Mont. - On April 3, a group of residents of the Blackfeet Indian Reservation in northern Montana filed an amended class action complaint against Blackfeet Housing and the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), alleging that the defendants failed in their mandate to provide safe housing.
