Potential Impact of Building Frame Materials on the Use of Air Sampling to Detect Mold and Moisture
March 21, 2003
icRendicesearch into the direct link between mold exposure and human health issues such as respiratory problems and neurological damage is a hot topic. However, there are many corollary research topics being pursued that will become pieces of the puzzle showing how mold, human health, indoor air quality, construction practices and materials, energy efficiency, building maintenance, and occupant activities all fit together. One such study was published in the January/February 2003 issue of AIHA Journal, the journal for the American Industrial Hygiene Association.
