LOS ANGELES - According to Opening Briefs filed March 17 by parties in a case concerning a mold-contaminated apartment complex, considerations of confidentiality outweigh the needs of other parties regarding whether evidence gathered for the purposes of mediation is protected by the mediation confidentiality privilege.
