NEW YORK - A state Supreme Court ruled recently that the tenant of an apartment complex provided a basis for finding her landlord potentially liable for personal injuries allegedly suffered as a result of the tenant's long-term exposure to mold in her unit. Lauren Martin v. 159 West 80 Street Corp. and Pablo Llorente, No. 112327/01 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., N.Y. Cty.).
