FT. MYERS, Fla. - Another lawsuit concerning the Lee County, Fla., public schools alleged to be contaminated with molds and various other harmful substances was filed Feb. 11 in state court. Doris Taylor, et al. v. John W. Sanders, as Superintendent of Schools for Lee County, Florida, and The School Board of Lee County, Florida, No. 03-883-CA-WCM (Fla. Cir. Ct., 20th Jud. Cir., Lee Cty.).

This third case was filed by parents and students, and seeks class certification for allegations that, among other things, the county school superintendent and school board fostered a "state-created zone of danger" in the county's …
