SYRACUSE, N.Y. - A New York couple has filed suit on behalf of themselves and their two minor children against the developer and builder of their home, alleging construction defects have caused mold-related personal injury and other damages. William Gallup, et al. v. Summerset Homes, L.L.C., and Mufale Builders, Inc., No. 2002-7155 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., Onondaga Cty.).
