CARSON CITY, Nev. - In a case concerning alleged mold-related personal injuries suffered by state employees, the Nevada District Court for Clark County denied the State of Nevada's motion to stay proceedings pending the Nevada's Supreme Court ruling on the state's petition for writ of mandamus seeking dismissal of the case on the ground that it is barred by the workers' compensation system.
