Employees File Mold Class Action Against Nonprofit That Leased Office Space & Inmate Facilities

DAVENPORT, Iowa - Employees of the Iowa Department of Corrections have filed a class action lawsuit against the nonprofit corporation that leased office space and inmate facilities to the department, alleging that the defendant negligently allowed the building to become contaminated with mold.
