DAVENPORT, Iowa - Employees of the Iowa Department of Corrections have filed a class action lawsuit against the nonprofit corporation that leased office space and inmate facilities to the department, alleging that the defendant negligently allowed the building to become contaminated with mold. Judith A. Cary, et al. v. Community Resources Corporation, No. 100095 (Iowa Dist. Ct., Scott Cty.).
