LOS ANGELES - The California Supreme Court has granted a petition for review of an appeal court opinion that addresses whether factual material gathered for the purposes of mediation in a mold-related case is protected by the mediation confidentiality privilege. Rojas v. Superior Court (Coffin), 102 Cal.App. 4th 1062 (2002).
