LOS ANGELES - According to a Feb. 7 opinion filed in the Ed McMahon mold case, a California appeals court issued a writ of mandate directing the trial court to vacate its order reducing the minimum notice period for summary judgment motions. Ed McMahon, et al., Petitioners, v. The Superior Court of Los Angeles County, Respondent; American Equity Insurance Company, et al., Real Parties in Interest, No. B162625 (Calif. Ct.
