NASHUA, N.H. - On Feb. 5, a hearing was held on a homeowners petition to attach filed in a case involving mold contamination allegedly caused by the builder's failure to provide adequate attic ventilation in conjunction with a defect in the home's roofing system. Edward P. Marden and Joan L. Marden v. Sousa Realty & Development Corp., No. n/a (N.H. Super. Ct., S. Dist., Hillsborough Cty.).
The judge took the arguments in the hearing under advisement and it may be up to eight weeks before the court issues a ruling on the motion.
