Michael Jordan Settles Lawsuit Over EIFS at Chicago Home

CHICAGO - Basketball star Michael Jordan has settled his multi-million-dollar lawsuit over mold contamination in his Chicago home, informed sources confirmed recently to HarrisMartin. Jordan v. STO Corp., et al., No. 2004-L-003097 (Ill. Cir. Ct., Cook Cty.).

Details are confidential but Jordan and his wife, Juanita, settled with all defendants, sources said.

The Jordans complained in April 2004 that water intrusion was discovered in 1999, and that later investigation revealed extensive damage to the wood substrate, structural framing and interior building components [See Columns: Mold, April 2004].
