MADISON, Wis. - The Wisconsin Supreme Court held by a slim majority on July 8 that the economic loss doctrine bars a homeowner's negligent construction tort claims against roofing and siding subcontractors. Linden v. Cascade Stone Company Inc., No. 2004AP4 (Wis. Sup. Ct.).
