PASCAGOULA, Miss. - A family of seven has sued the FHA inspector, the realtor, the builder and others for alleged negligent nondisclosure of construction defects that led to water intrusion and mold growth in their home, subsequently causing various personal injuries. According to the recently filed complaint, the plaintiffs were not informed of the construction defects, and pre-purchase inspections failed to detect the mold contamination, exposure to which has allegedly caused a number of physical ailments. The complaint includes a bad faith component …
