Homeowners Sue FHA Inspector, Realtor and Others for Alleged Negligent Nondisclosure of Mold

PASCAGOULA, Miss. - A family of seven has sued the FHA inspector, the realtor, the builder and others for alleged negligent nondisclosure of construction defects that led to water intrusion and mold growth in their home, subsequently causing various personal injuries.
