Family Files Suit Against FHA Inspector, Insurer and Realtor for Undisclosed Mold in Rental Home

GULFPORT, Miss. - A family of four has sued the FHA inspector, insurance company and two realty companies in connection with their exposure to mold in their rental home and their resulting personal injuries, including neurological damage. Daniel Parker, et al. v. Wayne Mediamolle, et al., No. n/a (Miss. Cir. Ct., 1st Jud. Dist., Harrison Cty.).

According to the recently filed complaint, the family has experienced personal injuries, loss of personal property and economic damages as a result of negligently undisclosed latent defects in the house that caused water- and mold-damage.
